[Feture] add tray icon and hide the item in taskbar

Click-through is set, but sometimes I will click the taskbar item incorrectly. I need reset the click-through again. I hope that add the function about tray display, and hide the item on the taskbar.

Doing this would affect me pinning the windows to show on all virtual desktops. Please keep the windows on the taskbar.

@machinewu check my fork i added some simple stuff like ... icon in tray hidden from task bar and alt + tab (to avoid the reset oif click though..) and a hotkey in settings you can change default is ctrl+shift+L to toggle click-though and alot more opacity values :)

Great build! Just found a small problem: Chinese and Portuguese translations cannot be loaded. But the defects cannot obscure the virtues!

Great build! Just found a small problem: Chinese and Portuguese translations cannot be loaded. But the defects cannot obscure the virtues! I'll look into it I don't even really know coding so this has been a lot of messing around I only know the basics but I did get it to work... Somehow.. Anyways thanks for report
