Click Through option behaves differently for every program.

Title. In Firefox, it works completely fine. In Launchbox, right click works, but not left. The click also seems to go through OTP, as I can interact with the program behind the window. In Desmume, I need to doubleclick to get it to register. And in Retroarch or Windows Explorer, there is no effect whatsoever from clicking.

~~Perhaps a feature could be added to clone my entire screen and just send clicks through that? Maybe by not focusing on individual programs, whatever is affecting Click Through wouldn't happen anymore.~~
Reading around, I see that that would require a fair amount of work. Would it be possible to make Click Through just work universally and send your clicks directly to a point on your monitor or something, rather than tying it to a specific window? It'd remove the differing behaviours at least.
