Command line --position=-X,Y for display on second monitor is not supported

Tried to position OnTopReplica with a shortcut on a second monitor. --position=X,Y doesn't support --position=-X,Y need a fix

I've had really little free time to invest in this project during the past year, sorry. (And a lot of fixes are needed for the update mechanism, for Win10 support, several other bugs with the configuration system, lots of cleaning up.) 😞 But this will be absolutely fixed in the first update I will be able to push out. I hope to release an update in the first months of 2018.
