Setting opacity under 25%?

I recently found out that there is a such useful software, and I use it to do some overlay over application, but I found out that even the opacity is at 25%, it could still affect the original color so much, may I know is there anyway I can set opacity under 25%? Thank You

Sorry to disappoint, but the app is not actively maintained at the moment. If development resumes, this option should be very easy to add.
