Optional mouse display in Replicated Window

Just playing around with the program, noticed that the mouse cursor isn't actually displayed in the replicated window. Could you make a checkbox for that?

This is not supported by the API used by OnTopReplica at the moment: DWM thumbnails replicate only window contents and don't do direct display capture (which would include the cursor). This might become possible if/when another system for generating thumbnails is used in the future (see #48).

what if you just got the mouse position separately and drew it on top of the drawing window (instead of trying to just include it)?

this would have the added benefit of the mouse not being too small to see when the window is shrunk a lot.
