Is it possible to specify multiple branches in the config? As far as I can see I have to create multiple endpoints?

Arm builds seem to be supported after ce323be281d356218fb2c96bd66177fa06fa0848, but do not appear on Dockerhub or Quay. Can these be pushed?

Document etcd requirement and fix segmentation fault

I see no reference to etcd in the README and if I comment it out in the `sample-conf.yaml` I receive a segmentation fault.
