Special characters in DLC project naming

Describe the bug

The position pipeline uses lab team as a folder name substring when declaring a new dlc project here. This may include characters we would want to exclude from file/folder names, such as spaces, commas, or unix-interfering special characters

Expected behavior

All spyglass-generated folders should be CLI-navigable and readily manageable with automated tools
