Asrock Fatal1ty Mouse Port, change mouse polling rate

(h87 performance)Asrock Fatal1ty Mouse Port, it is a specific usb port on the motherboard.Can the dll be used on non asrock boards as a signed file? On the dll it says "valid from 3/7/2014 to 5/6/2017", but I think I used the asrock f stream utility after 2017(in 2019, fresh win install) to change the polling rate of the mouse and it worked. ini and dll AsrHidFilter.zip
