Editor for Scaleable Objects adds unneeded Horizontal Scrollbar

The first time the Scaleable Object Editor is created no bar is needed. However, upon all future creations it creates a horizontal scrollbar even though it is not required.

Does not affect functionality of editor, just annoying.
