Add AA bateries back to AA outposts

To fix #190, I removed all compositions for hills both AA and non-AA, (since they were also present in the new compositions).

The goal of this issue is to add the AA bateries back, combining them with the existing compositions at "Compositions/locations_altis.sqf".
