Binoculars are not saved in loadout

Version: Stable Mods loaded: CBA, RHS, ACE Replication:

Make a loadout that includes Binoculars

Switch out the binoculars

Load the loadout with Binoculars, they will not be present

I noticed the issue was fixed in an older version here but it seems to have resurfaced.

Trying to reproduce without luck, on branch develop:

1. start new game, default options and location
2. go to arsenal add binoculars and save loadout
3. leave arsenal and check that you have binoculars
4. Drop the binoculars on the ground
5. go to arsenal and load loadout with binoculars
6. check that you have binoculars
