Propose changes to v0.3

We are close to remove all the major bugs of v0.2 (main branch is develop, feature/ branches with proposals for fixes, see this project).

This means that we can start designing features for the v0.3. Contrarily to previous versions where I proposed/accepted most of the changes/features, we can now approach this in more team-like approach, where people that have helped can help shape this version.

Thus, I would like to ask you @Warhammer47, @StefArma and @mike-187, and any other people interested to propose changes.

This project contains the current issues under discussion for this next version.

To propose a new feature, add it as an issue on github. I will be tracking them and putting them as features for v0.3. Please note that it must be concrete. I.e. anyone must be able to understand what exactly changes.

I like this! Maybe when 0.2 is released we can run a test on my servers and i'll try to gather more people as possible.

I'll try to compare the performances considering we just had a 22 people event two weeks ago
