Same here, our environment has an RBD ceph storage.

Uploaded a fork of the project here https://github.com/PlethoraOfHate/proxmox-deploy Works quite a bit differently (pass in ini files), but it supports ceph, among other changes. I put it in its own project because I changed the spirit of the app quite a bit

Unfortunately, I don't have a ceph setup to test with. A workaround might be creating the VM on another type of storage (like the default LVM pool), and afterwards moving it into ceph.
