[Feature]: Additional (vanilla) materials and structures

Description

There are some vanilla brick materials that do not have matching waystones/waystone structures.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add waystones and waystone structures for the following materials:

• Deepslate Brick (only needs structure)
• End Stone Brick (only needs structure)
• Polished Blackstone Brick (only needs structure)
• Prismarine Brick
• Quartz Brick

Describe alternatives you've considered

Not having more materials to choose from? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Anything else?

Adding these materials would allow for greater flexibility when configuring for compatibility with vanilla-friendly datapacks like ChoiceTheorem's Overhauled Villages or Towns and Towers.

I also considered the possibility of utilising non-brick materials (e.g. wood, mushroom stems, etc.) to even further increase compatibility, but that seems like it would start to affect things like balance.
