Trivial: Change prefpane label

Current label is a bit long and bumps into the label of adjacent panes, so I just inserted a space after "Swift". new_title

FWIW, I'd think the "Swift" is not that interesting, but "Default Apps" is. What do you think?

Totally agree. We can bikeshed indefinitely, but it seems like "Defaults" is simplest.
