sx126x_add_registers_to_retention_list() returns SX126X_STATUS_ERROR

Hello, I am trying to run the 2_porting_nrf52840 application and when the code calls the sx126x_add_registers_to_retention_list() and sends the sx126x_read_register command via SPI with SX126X_REG_RETENTION_LIST_BASE_ADDRESS as argument, I see that it returns the value 0xA2 for buffer[0] and buffer[1]. This results in getting SX126X_STATUS_ERROR and the program can not go further.

Any thoughts why the return value is 0xA2?
