Version 0.3.2 in Firefox is dropping rules

Greetings!

So far this plugin has been very helpful. However, I am finding it is suddenly dropping my rules. My url patterns are simple foo.com, and the code is not complex, 30 lines of JavaScript, no CSS or HTML. Worked great for a month or so, and then suddenly the rules are gone. I was attempting to re-write them, but while writing the rules disappeared again. Not sure exactly whats going on there.
