Terms of Service doesn't load

When on the Loopring.io site, if you click "Terms of Service" nothing really happens: Terms of Service Error

You can change the display property to "block" and you'll get the Terms and Conditions screen: How to Fix

Confirmed on Firefox and Chrome.

why there is no replay from maintainers and is there any reward system to resolve other issues or bug hunting?
