can no longer connect MEW wallet

Hello Loopring- Is there a loopring support team? I am having trouble connecting to MEW wallet, for several days now. Have tried on Safari and Chrome. Several bugs including no pop up, or if there is a pop-up Loopring not registering a connection even though Mew wallet on my phone indicates a connection. No way to access my pooled funds :-( How can I reach a support team? Nothing on website.... Thank you for your help! Heidi
