Insufficient balance, not sure what does this dapp wants

Connected wallet via Wallet Connect and wanted to active Layer2 by depositing ETH but stuck here, not sure why insufficient, what is sufficient amount ? And fully balance not displayed here its actually 0.0125....23 Screen Shot 2021-02-05 at 12 41 16 AM
