Funds not appearing

Using metamask - already submitted funds days ago but it kept saying "failed to add liquidity". Now I log back in and it says to A) Unlock layer 2 which I already did or B) Reset key and spend .004 ETH.

There needs to be better documentation / support / help on this for it to be a service we can use and be trustless.
