Refresh button

Please add refresh button all Trading and Account pages. Right now the system doesn't refresh on it's own very well. Waiting on a transfer or even placing an order, you have to click away and back to the page you were on to refresh it and see the transfer or see the new order.

A fat manual refresh button would help solve this issue nicely.
