Loopring recognizes balance on "account" but not on "trade"

Loopring DEX recognizes balance on "account" but not on "trade"

That means that when clicking on "account", it appears all the balances related to my eth account (thru metamask), but when trading it says I have no balance on anything

Do you have open orders for that trading pair? If, for example, you have 1000 OGN tokens and have an open sell order for 1000 OGN tokens, your balance will reflect as 0 for that token, because you have zero 'available' tokens to trade with.
