LoopDataManager doesn't leverage insulin model delay value in addReservoirValue

The current implementation assumes the delay is 10 minutes. This should be instead retrieved from the pump insulin model.

In particular, when people are using customizations this may result in wrong behavior whereby ICE values are incorrectly maintained.
