The emoji in the food type field in the carb entry dialog is only updated after a second click

Description

If you select a custom emoji for the food type, the emoji must be clicked twice to achieve the desired result.

To Reproduce

1. add Carb-Entry
2. select custom food type
3. click on a custom emoji e.g. 🍖
4. the "Absorption Time" is adjusted to 5h but the emoji is left blank
5. click a second time to get the emoji

Pick the emoji on first click
