[Feature Request] BG Level based ISF Adjustments

Right now in Loop version 3.4.4 in the therapy settings. There is only the ability to adjust different times for insulin sensitivity factors. But people like me need different sensitivity factors for different levels of glucose.

For example, if I’m between 4 and 9MMOL my ISF is perfect at 1.3/per 1 unit , but if my glucose goes above 10 to 15mmol I require much more insulin as a correction factor, closer to 0.95 or 1.0/ per 1 unit, and if it goes even higher into the 15+ mmol range I need more insulin to combat and correct that high around 0.7 or 0.8/ per 1 unit.

This issue I keep having it Loop is not correcting BG high well at all. It predicts based on my ISF settings that these microcodes will lower my BG over the next 1-2 hours, but that never happens and it remains high or sometimes even goes higher by a bit then seems to just act like Basal doses and keep me there go 7-8 hours without dropping my BG at all. I have to manually give myself that addition dose to bring it down.

When I do this, the prediction plummets to -3 or lower mmol but over the next hour or so it keeps readjusting and eventually lines up with my target range. I believe this is why the app keeps giving me such small doses when im experiencing such high BG, I need to tell it to give more at those levels.

I’d love the feature to be incorporated instead of just time based ISF

For reference. When I’m within target range or close to it, all my therapy settings are spot on. Carb intakes etc rarely push me above 8-9MMOL and the loop algorithm works great. It’s only when mistakes happen and I go above 10mmol these issues occur.
