Secret is set but invalid error

When running the action to validate the secrets I am getting the following error:

I deleted the GH_PAT secret > created a new secret with a new code > updated the secret and still get the same error. 1.: validate GH_PAT secret is set but invalid or lacking appropriate privileges on the LisanneLoop/Match-Secrets repository. Verify that it is set correctly and try again. 2.: validate Process completed with exit code 2.
