Watch app shows reservoir volume from previous pod until new pod drops below 50 units.

When changing pods, the reservoir volume of the discarded pod is shown in the watch app until the new pod reaches <50 units left. When a new pod is activated, the watch app should update to the 50+ unit status.

My work around is to select insulin delivery on phone, reservoir and delete all. That resets the watch which now shows a dash. I wish it would show 50+ until below and then start the count down.

Can confirm on latest dev that this is still an issue. I have looked at code but don't see an obvious solution. Open to suggestions.
