[Feature] Make it possible to overwrite the safeguard to only show related captures that are in the cache

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Because a lookyloo can have a lot of captures, we're not keeping in the cache every captures available on the instance. Not doing so makes it somewhat harder to find references to old captures (configurable in the config).

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a switch in all the methods (api/web) that use sorted_capture_cache so the user can force Lookyloo to show all the captures available.

This feature must be admin only, as it could DOS the lookyloo instance.
