Add possibility to send private messages on the website

It happened now several times that I want to inform a user outside the game about something. E.g. here a spectator asked something in our PBEM game: https://swordsandravens.net/play/29b82716-dc4b-4e69-ab99-2210fea1e088 and I have no chance to directly answer to him. I don't think he will read my answer when I post it to the general game chat.

At the moment, the private message will at least display a notification in the player's page, but indeed, having the chat integrated into the website would be nice!

And we at least have the forum now but I guess just a small part of members use it...
