Add time traveling

+1 - It would be particularly useful when playing by email to be able to 'replay' and step-through each event that occurred since your last action one-by-one.

We now have #1376 . With some modification to only track the changes since the last full log we might be able to create sth useful.

My current idea is to describe what a particular log entry does to the board game state. That way we might be able to select any log event and replay all modifications since the last full state.
