What is your Bungeecord version? What is your Spigot server version? What is the client version?

This also happens on Paper-550 1.19.4 with a 1.19.4 client. I was able to reproduce this by renaming an item in an anvil.

I also have this problem, but when a player is in PVP and kills a person, it disconnects him from the proxy, unfortunately nothing appears in the log, I just deleted the plugin and everything worked correctly.
