It would be cool to implement the ability to use media paid content.

1. Some libraries have it already https://docs.python-telegram-bot.org/en/stable/telegram.paidmediainfo.html
2. In light of the recent release, this is very relevant https://telegram.org/blog/mini-app-bar-paid-media-and-more

Personally not interested, so I doubt I'll do this any time soon. I'd also prefer v1 to be feature frozen.

As I mentioned, I have neither the time, nor the interest, to implement this. However, I will happily review a pull request.
