lolminer "eat up" processor resources

Open Hoboter opened this issue 2 years ago • 4 comments

hello. I use lolminer 1.46a for toncoin single mining on two gtx 1050 + rx550 video cards - on Windows 10. along the way, avian mining starts on the processor. and after a while, the avian hashrate begins to fall - from 8.5kh to 5.5-6 kh. I restart lolminer - and the aircraft carriers start mining 8,5kh again, that is, lolminer begins to "eat up" processor resources. moreover, if I use only 1050, this resource drain occurs after many hours, and if 1050 + amd rx550, the CPU drain appears after half an hour or an hour. should I wait for a fix or is there some ready-made solution?

Are you using risers?.

yes, of course - I use raisers. how can this affect the growth of CPU consumption?

Sometimes if the riser doesn't report correctly the information of the GPU, makes and increase of the CPU usage. In Linux is easy to see with the LA (load Average)

In my situation, I have 2 x 3060 v1 directly on motherboard with 32gb RAM, my paging file size on disk is 30gb and I have RAM crash after 1 day of mining. The RAM usage increased very fast and then crash, after the crash firefox and discord still there but lolminer was auto-closed so I think there is a problem with lolminer. I only use discord and Firefox while mining, do you have any idea what happening ? I had used GMiner before and my PC have never been in this situation, but they increase the devfee to 1.5% ETH for dualmine eth+ton so I end up here.
