Plead for the support of MacOS (MacOS Mojave) with EGPU.

I'm mining on MacOS Mojave of Macbook Pro with External GPU aka EGPU of AMD RX580. I have 4 AMD GPUs and 3 NVIDIA GPUs which can run on MacOS with EGPU with greater, stabler performance than on other OSs.

The reject rate plunges to zero while stability hikes on MacOS with EGPU, meaning mining on MacOS is more lucrative than either on Linux and on Windows. And it consume less power on MacOS than on other OS as well!

Please make lolMiner support MacOS with EGPU!!!
