Change Computer with mouse -> LogiCraft follow?

Open Joparu opened this issue 5 years ago • 4 comments

Hi!

I have tryed to gather information about this issiue (personal opinion) here and at LogitechSupportSite.

I have a MX VERTICAL mouse and a LOGICRAFT.

When I switch computers, I do it first with the mouse for some reason. I'm not a "short-cutter" so I start with pointers I guess. Very often I forget to switch the keyboard to computer 2 as well. Is there any way to get the keyboard to automatically, detect and, follow the mouse to computer 2.

If the opportunity exists and is documented, you may well ask me to fu*k the hell of. If the possibility is not present today, are you interested in implanting this?

If this is offtopic, ridiculous or uninteresting then ignore or remove this request.

Beside this I love my LOGITECH gears and I respect and heart your work <3

Regards / Joparu

@Joparu If you enabled "Flow" on Options application and In "Link Keyboard", If you selected, Craft as your Keyboard. No need to switch Mouse and keyboard manually - it gets automatically switched to another system when you move to the edge of the screen.

BIG Thanks for your rapid and helpful information bala8290!

I have choosen to not have computer nr 2 online. But when I had, all worked smooth just as you say.

I now understand that I should have just mentioned the fact that one of the computers was offline. I apologize for that and thank you for the time you spent!

Regards Joparu

i just notice but this not often. I have MX Master 2S and Logitech Craft, both of them is not switching to another device (by moving to edge or hold control and hover to side) and to fix this is to restart or re add the devices to option.

was there option/configuration that when i switch from LogitechCraft is it will include the mouse? If able to do it in mouse including the keyboard on switch(by moving to edge) why not vise versa? Keyboard Switch Device include mouse

@mynrd aggreed as I'm facing the same issue to move mouse/keyboard with the 1,2,3 keys as there is no support for Linux/Freebsd/...
