scheduler.py 143行无法识别到last_content

出现一只提示有修改，但查看日志发现scheduler.py 143显示last_content为空，说明没有把上次检测到的更改记录到数据库

把这个向下挪到save以后可以临时解决这个情况send_message(content, name, notifications)
