Add Minecraft Bedrock server instance support.

Shouldn't be hard, the only real issue I can see is the LD_LIBRARY_PATH env var on Linux.

Just a suggestion here but why not look into https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/geyser-minecraft-bedrock-protocol-support.81297/ as an option. I realize there might be an advantage to just being able to easily host one or the other but nice to be able to have the option to host both.
