Better Users Datas

So basically to do like aternos does, with a full access to the players datas in real time, like player inventory, experience and ender chest, plus some shortcuts to ban/whitelist remove/kick/clear inventory (or specific item)

(Btw i don't think it's usefull to put everything like the advancements by seeing the "inactivity" of the project)
