darwin-rebuild doesn't support --debugger flag

Nix has a debugger as of version 2.9, enabled with the --debugger flag. However darwin-rebuild doesn't know this flag and doesn't pass along unknown flags, which means I can't run darwin-rebuild --flake . build --debugger.
