EX raid on event "Zero to Hero" stalled [EN SERVER]

Describe the bug

the bot can't do the EX event but it run smootly on easy, normal, and hard

To Reproduce

1. login AL
2. start the bot with raid setting EX on
3. error will come like this log

Expected behavior

No response
