我不关心学技能有什么用，总之把战术学院填满就行 I don't care what can skills do, just fill up the tactical class

Step:

• Select the first ship in dock
• Learn the first skill
• Handle tactical class as usual

Situations must be considered:

• Provide an option to choose favourite ships to learn
• All ship skills in the dock have leveled max
• The selected ship has some skills that are already leveled max

步骤：

• 学习第一个技能
• 像往常一样处理战术学院

必须考虑的情况：
