Hello, I cannot have H264 Hardware Encodinbg on my Intel UHD Graphics 630, QuickSync is not working, here the main errors:

Also, as I said in https://github.com/LizardByte/Sunshine/issues/2175#issuecomment-3483671214 It also doesn't work for Nvidia Encoders too. It switches to software encoder whether it is x264 or hevc x265 which is so slow and consumes high CPU usage.
Earlier build from September found in the releases section work fine without issues.
There's not a whole lot in the changelog since the latest stable. I'll try to narrow it down, but I guess it's likely from a build-deps update (i.e. FFmpeg).

I can confirm the latest version that is wotking (the latest version that is wotking at least available on this page) is v2025.923.33222
If 2025.924.x isn't working, then this will be a bit hard to track down, as there was literally nothing in that change history which could cause this.

@xd-byte v2025.1025.161000 doesn't work. It switches to software encoder.

I'm pretty sure this was caused by #4019 and fixed by #4391. Most of the encoder config parameters were shifted over by one, which explains why the encoders were all complaining about invalid arguments when trying to set profiles.
