Screen glitched in the client after period of streaming(After CPU swapped)

Describe the Bug
I was streaming my pc like always until recently I just changed my cpu into another(I9 13900kf to 9800x3d). It works pretty well in my old pc accompanied by RTX 4090. However, after I switched it the streaming started to be weird, It started to glitch without any portents like the pics I provided. It fixed just by restarting the stream, while just going to happen again like it did. I have not any clue about how it happened. AND I ALREADY REINSTALL MY GRAPHIC DRIVER COMPLETELY(By the DDU). But it still happened which drives me mad. I not sure about whether it is the bug or not and it still can't fix yet.
In general, the sound and touch is completely work fine. The only problem is the video outputs but it works fine in local machine. It will happened again after I reconnect of a 'period of time'(It just behave unpredictable ). I've tried change the decoder from AV1 to HEVC, It had DIFFERENCE glitch behaves in two ways. AV1 is completely glitched like the pictures I provide down there. HEVC is only glitched partly in some complex areas like hair of the Furry Donut. I have not idea how it happened and it might be the potential BUG?

It literally just say I disconnected from sunshine(when I try to reconnect) no any relevant errors outputs can be shown
