Failed to find specified device. Virtual display not activated despite settings

Describe the Bug

I configured my device to use only one virtual display 9acddf6d-43cc-576e-9aff-0c5fc80b4cc8 when connecting remotely, which means all other displays should turn off. Normally, physical and virtual screens should swap, but I have physical screen working instead. When I start a remote connection, however, the virtual display doesn't turn on, and it keeps showing up on my physical monitor.

Log shows Debug: Failed to find device for {9acddf6d-43cc-576e-9aff-0c5fc80b4cc8}!, but also this device id shown in currently available display devices section.

Expected Behavior

  • The virtual display turns on.
  • Physical monitor turn off.
  • Only the virtual display shows the remote session.

Additional Context

Also tested on v2025.122.141614. Same problem. Similar issue here: https://github.com/LizardByte/Sunshine/issues/3637 However does not get same error
