the howitzer bullet is intended to seem like it has an arc depending on the range its fired at, the bullet lifetime is not consistent with that behaviour right now

Well, I discovered some bugs. - the plasma size wobble likes to clip out of the reactor:  - oh my god its laggy: 

The wobble is in the mod, but caused by Mindustry. The lag? i have no clue whatsoever.

Never mind, it is hardcoded. Not my fault lmao
