The VM is always fresh, what's the caching issue?

The linked log says https://github.com/flutter/flutter/commit/80c2e84975bbd28ecf5f8d4bd4ca5a2490bfc819 is used... which is 3.24.0 right?

The end of that log says you need .1 instead

I'm still trying to find out why the “flutter pub get” command fetched 3.24.0-1.0.pre.1 instead of 3.24.0 which caused the build to fail since the expected Flutter SDK version is 3.24.0 which is exactly what the hacki/submodules/flutter is pointing to.
