Don't show the "Quit editing?" dialog when no text was entered

Currently:

  • Go to the user tab
  • Tap "Submit"
  • Write nothing, click the exit button
  • Still see a "Quit editing?" dialog

I don't think this should be the expected behavior as this can be confusing. So, if no text has been entered (or all the text has been removed) there should be no "Quit editing?" dialog
