Describe the bug File not found error (for metadata.csv) in annotator might be raised incorrectly, i.e. the file is found but might not contain info about all the patches

This happened in the workshop. Potentially the problem was missing metadata for these patches as opposed to a missing metadata file. We should try reproduce and check this.
