Adding keyboard shortcuts to Annotator

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. In the old annotator, we were able to use keyboard shortcuts to 'click' the buttons and assign labels. This is currently not implemented in the new annotator but would be a nice feature to reinstate. See discussion in #173
